Occupancy The highest priority in our service to you.  We are well experienced in establishing values in maximizing the marketing of your property through advertising and signage. Before signing on a new tenant, we screen all prospects, including an in-house credit check.

Accountability We are thorough and experienced in hiring resident managers, who are trained and supervised through our office. Our management team also guardedly scrutinizes maintenance personnel.

Site Inspection Each property site managed by PRIME is routinely inspected on both a regular and irregular basis, to insure all aspects of your property are under constant supervision.

Bids PRIME oversees from start to finish all contracted work and supervises all service and maintenance contractors.  Before any contracts are entered into, bids are obtained to assure good quality and price.

Rules and Regulations We create and enforce regulations based on our experience in business and our legal knowledge of property management conditions.

24 Hour Emergency Service You or the tenants are never more than a phone call away from our services.

Market Surveys We perform regular market surveys through the firms of Seavest and Cain & Scott, to keep all rates in tune with current market conditions.

Accounting

Computerized Check Writing PRIME provides this accurate service to cover mortgages, taxes, insurance, payroll, and monthly bills.

Collections We handle all of your needs: cleaning fees, damage and security deposits, monthly rents.

Rent Increases Based upon our market surveys, we periodically recommend and implement rent increases where appropriate; delinquency notices and follow up are part of our services as well.

Monthly Financial Report Our timely reports reflect information on collections, accounts payable, original paid invoices (as attachments), and year-to-date totals.
